We are on a mission to INSPIRE, SUPPORT, and STABILIZE individuals experiencing homelessness and instability in metro Atlanta area. We work primarily with young adults ages 18-24 through our Community Connections program and individuals experiencing homelessness over the age of 24 through our Community Connection PLUS program. We provide comprehensive services such as affordable housing and housing interventions, community outreach, case management, workforce development, vital records assistance and academic support while actively bridging the digital divide through programs offering digital access to the vulnerable populations we serve. Our goal is to break the cycle of homelessness, promote stability, and empower individuals for brighter future.Mend Culture operates on three core pillars: inspire, support, and stabilize.
