  • Content & Calendar: manage the content calendar and balance pillar-led storytelling.
  • Performance & Culture: track engagement and growth, refine strategy, and champion tone of voice and sustainability values while guiding the social team.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Social Strategy & Execution - own the organic social media strategy for Wild’s Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn accounts, leading the weekly social meetings and setting direction & strategy for our international Social Media teams (US, DE, FR).
  • Content Creation & Calendar Management - create and manage the social content calendar, balancing our key social pillars.
  • Performance & Insights - track, analyse and report on the performance of our social channels, with a focus on engagement, growth and reach - using these insights to refine and pivot strategy to maximise performance.
  • Culture & Collaboration - champion Wild’s tone of voice, values, and sustainability mission across all content & work cross-functionally with all teams at Wild to achieve our mission!
  • Team management - you'll line manage the Social Media Executive, and indirectly manage the wider social team (three people), setting the strategy and aligning on weekly priorities.

Requirements

  • Ideally 2-4 years of experience in Social Media Marketing / Content Creation.
  • A sound understanding of internet culture, trends and brand storytelling.
  • Experience with line management
  • You aren’t afraid to take risks and test bold ideas!
  • You are enthusiastic and optimistic, bringing drive every day.

Preferred

  • FMCG or startup experience is a plus
