The Light House exists to help all foster children go through their first day of foster care, prepare them for their next home, and extend assistance to their new placement. This allows the entire process to slow down and help transition everyone into a better situation and lessen the trauma that happens with removal. We work with government agencies to lessen the negative experience of that first day.
