Responsibilities

• Own the weekly and monthly social calendar across key platforms and keep content moving consistently.
• Write the copy and scripts for our carousels, LinkedIn and email content, while helping package ideas so they earn attention.
• Design carousels for Instagram and handle basic editing for short form content so ideas can move from concept to published post quickly.
• BONUS: CONTENT AUTOMATION - Use Claude and other AI tools to scale our content and make the team faster without lowering the quality of the work.

Requirements

• Strong organisation and the ability to work independently, make decisions quickly and keep multiple pieces of content moving without needing constant management.
• Strong writing and communication skills. Ideally you have worked in a role where writing social copy was an important part of your job and you understand hooks, packaging and structure.
• Solid basic editing skills and strong design ability in Canva or another design platform.
• You already use AI in your own workflow and have experience building or improving content systems with it.
