Responsibilities

• Shape how our brands are discovered, experienced and talked about across social media, creator communities and strategic partnerships.
• On influencer, you build a year-round programme that brings creators to our schools to tell authentic stories.
• On partnerships, you grow a network of affiliates and brand partners that extend our reach.
• You’re also the team’s eyes and ears in local markets — identifying PR opportunities, supporting regional fairs, and ensuring global campaigns land effectively.
• As a French speaker, you play a key role in quality-checking non-English marketing content alongside your assistant.

Requirements

• Substantial experience in social media management, ideally across multiple brands or markets.
• Proven experience building and managing influencer marketing programmes.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach.
• Experience managing or mentoring a junior team member.
• Excellent organisational skills and confidence managing multiple priorities.
• Experience with social listening and scheduling tools such as Brandwatch.
• Fluency in French and strong English; additional European language skills are a significant advantage.
• Confidence working with budgets and reporting on return on investment.
• A keen eye for brand consistency across languages and channels.
