Job Summary

Own end-to-end social media strategy and execution to grow engagement, reach, and revenue across channels, coordinating content calendars, creative production, and performance optimization.

  • Content & Channel Ownership: Align posts, captions, and scripts with campaigns, product launches, and brand voice.
  • Performance & Testing: Track KPIs, run A/B tests on formats and posting times, and optimize based on data.
  • Collaborations & Community: Build audience relationships and guide influencer outreach plus comments/DM management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a monthly and quarterly social media strategy
  • Align content with business goals, campaigns, and product launches
  • Identify trends and opportunities before competitors
  • Build structured content calendars
  • Oversee daily posting across platforms
  • Write compelling captions and short form scripts
  • Brief and collaborate with videographers, editors, and designers
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels
  • Track KPIs including engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI
  • Analyse platform insights and optimise accordingly

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing social media professionally
  • Proven track record of growing accounts organically
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and LinkedIn strategy
  • Experience working with short-form video content
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Data-driven mindset
  • Highly organised and deadline focused
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

  • Experience in film production, marketing agency, or creative industry
  • Paid ads experience
  • Basic video editing skills
  • Understanding of SEO and content distribution
