Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals to boost visibility and engagement.
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content across all social media channels, including text posts, images, videos, and live sessions.
  • Monitor social media trends and platform updates to keep our content fresh and relevant.
  • Engage actively with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and positive manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, PR, and creative to ensure brand consistency and campaign integration.
  • Analyze performance metrics using social media management tools to optimize content strategies and report on key insights regularly.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns to increase reach and audience targeting effectively.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Excellent understanding of various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging channels.
  • Strong skills in public relations to manage brand reputation proactively online.
  • Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to craft engaging narratives tailored for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to analyze data insights and translate them into actionable strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual storytelling and branding consistency.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field is preferred but not mandatory if complemented by relevant experience.
