Job Description

Responsibilities

Own the social media content calendar and posting schedule across multiple client accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
Plan, shoot and edit short-form video (site progress reels, walkthroughs, event coverage, developer Q&As) from equipment setup (camera, lighting, audio) through to a finished edit with captions, graphics and music
Design print and digital assets to Beau\'s and external clients\' brand guidelines: brochures, hoarding, web builds, signage, email graphics and social templates
Coordinate content shoots on-site with external clients and local businesses
Track post performance and adjust the content plan against engagement data
Keep video and design assets organised and consistently on-brand across every client account

Requirements

Experience managing social media accounts for a business, brand or client (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
Experience shooting and editing short-form video, from equipment setup (camera, lighting, audio) through to a finished edit in Premiere Pro or Final Cut
Working proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat
Confident designing in Canva, including Canva AI tools
A strong eye for detail: typography, layout, colour and brand consistency

Preferred

Experience in property, real estate or construction marketing
Photography experience alongside videography
Familiarity with social scheduling or paid social tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite, Later)
A relevant qualification in design, marketing or media, not required if your experience covers it
