Job Summary

Own the hotel social presence across major platforms with end-to-end content production, audience engagement, and campaign-driven collaboration.

  • Content and Channel Ownership: plan, create, and publish photography, video, reels, stories, and TikTok content; manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok calendars and performance.
  • Campaign and Partnership Facilitation: coordinate events, offers, influencer partnerships, and local activations to boost visibility.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with the hotel's marketing objectives.
  • Manage and grow the hotel's social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Create engaging content including photography, video, reels, stories, and TikTok videos showcasing the hotel's facilities, events, food and beverage offerings, and guest experiences.
  • Plan and maintain a social media content calendar.
  • Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to create relevant and engaging content.
  • Capture and edit short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other platforms.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and online reviews in a professional and timely manner.
  • Work closely with hotel departments to promote events, offers, seasonal campaigns, and special occasions.
  • Collaborate with influencers, content creators, and local partners to increase brand visibility.
  • Track, analyse, and report on social media performance using analytics tools and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Support paid social media campaigns where required.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Social Media Executive, Social Media Coordinator, or similar digital marketing role.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other major social media platforms.
  • Photography and videography skills with experience using content creation and editing software.
  • Flexible approach to occasional evening or weekend content capture during events.

Preferred

  • Experience within the hospitality, hotel, leisure, or food and beverage sector is highly desirable.
  • Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar design and video editing platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing.
  • Experience working with influencers and user-generated content campaigns.
