Job Summary

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of a LinkedIn-first social media strategy, positioning Ciarb as a global thought leader in dispute resolution and professional practice.
  • Ensure content is tailored to professional audiences, focusing on insight-led, value-driven, and conversation-starting content.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external senior leaders to develop thought leadership content, including posts, articles, and video.
  • Plan social media calendar and deliver integrated campaigns aligned to organisational priorities, with LinkedIn as the primary channel supported by other platforms where appropriate.
  • Manage paid LinkedIn campaigns, including audience targeting, budget allocation, testing, and optimisation.
  • Support the video production team with admin, managing the content calendar, and subtitle creation.
  • Develop and optimise web copy for key pages (e.g. campaigns, products, events), ensuring consistency with social messaging and overall brand tone.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate complex information into clear, user-focused website content.
  • Apply best practice for digital content, including clarity, structure, accessibility, and SEO considerations.
  • Ensure social campaigns are supported by effective landing page content that drives engagement and conversion.
  • Develop and deliver guidance, training, and toolkits to support branch volunteers in using social media effectively, with a focus on LinkedIn.
  • Create simple, practical resources (e.g. templates, best practice guides, content examples) tailored to non-marketing audiences.
  • Run social media training sessions and workshops to build confidence and capability among volunteers.
  • Provide ongoing support and advice to branches on content creation, event promotion, and local engagement.
  • Develop and maintain a social media dashboard / calendar.
  • Track and analyse performance (engagement, reach, follower growth, lead generation).
  • Use insights to refine content strategy, optimise campaigns, and improve ROI.
  • Provide regular reporting and recommendations to key stakeholders.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends and platform updates.

Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering social media strategies with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn.
  • Demonstrable experience creating engaging content
  • Strong understanding of thought leadership and professional content marketing.
  • Excellent copywriting skills, with the ability to communicate complex topics clearly.
  • Experience managing paid social campaigns (LinkedIn preferred).
  • Experience with social media management and analytics tools.
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent attention to detail, spelling, and grammar.

Nice To Have

  • Experience working within a professional body, membership organisation, or institute.
  • Experience supporting or training non-marketing stakeholders or volunteers.
  • Familiarity with global or multi-region communications.
  • Experience in integrated communications.
  • Basic design skills (e.g. Canva, Adobe).
