Own the creator led growth for a zero to one product by shaping messaging, directing creative campaigns, and driving fast content experiments across TikTok and Instagram.

Manage end-to-end content creation, posting, and performance analysis
Build and nurture an audience around an evolving product in early stages
Collaborate with the founder on storytelling and campaign direction

Job Description

Responsibilities

Create and run content across TikTok and Instagram
Build an audience around a product that's still being shaped
Work directly with the founder on messaging, creative direction, and campaigns
Test what works, cut what doesn't, move fast
Help tell the story of something being built from zero
Reports directly to the founder

Requirements

Junior level - show us content you've made and accounts you've grown
Hands-on with TikTok and Instagram - filming, editing, posting, analysing
Creative instinct for what makes people stop scrolling
Comfortable working in an early-stage environment where things change fast
Able to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship)
