Job Summary
Own social content and community playbook for a growing children’s art brand, coordinating cross‑platform content and franchise-led stories to keep the brand warm and consistent.
- Content Engine: Plan, create and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn while crafting captions that align with the Cygnets brand.
- Franchise & Community Ops: Coordinate with franchisees to source local stories, monitor partner channels, and maintain brand consistency and audience engagement.
- Performance & Campaigns: Assist with Meta ads setup, track trends and engagement, and support campaign reporting to lift content performance.
