Social Media Assistant

Responsibilities

• Create engaging short-form videos, Reels, TikToks and social media posts.
• Film and photograph tiles, bathrooms, displays, showrooms, products and promotions.
• Develop creative content ideas and social media campaigns.
• Write engaging captions and use relevant hashtags.
• Keep up with current social media trends, sounds and formats.
• Edit videos using apps such as CapCut, Canva or similar.
• Create before-and-after, product showcase and inspirational home-design content.
• Work with the marketing and store teams to identify content opportunities.
• Help maintain a consistent brand image across all social media platforms.
• Monitor engagement and identify opportunities to improve content performance.

Requirements

• Creative, energetic and confident.
• Passionate about social media, video and content creation.
• Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube.
• Able to film and edit high-quality smartphone content.
• Aware of current social media trends.
• Organised and able to work independently.
• Reliable and able to meet agreed deadlines.
• Previous experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing or photography/video is preferred, but we are also open to enthusiastic candidates who can demonstrate strong creativity through their own social media, portfolio or previous projects.

Preferred

• Interested in interiors, home improvement, fashion, design or retail — desirable but not essential.
