Own the end-to-end social media support for multiple food clients, from filming and editing short-form videos to posting, engagement, and reporting, while staying on trend and grooming new client opportunities.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Filming content on a phone and camera
- Editing short-form videos using CapCut
- Adding captions, hooks, music and engaging effects
- Finding viral and trending content ideas
- Scheduling and posting videos on TikTok and Instagram
- Monitoring comments, messages and mentions, and responding to help build positive engagement
- Supporting social media campaigns in line with client goals and brand messaging
- Tracking performance such as views, engagement, reach and follower growth
- Preparing simple social media performance reports
- Staying on top of TikTok, Instagram and content trends
Requirements
- Good communication skills
- Strong interest in social media management, digital marketing, or related fields
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
- Organised with strong time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
