Job Summary

Own and produce short form SaunaDiscovery content from concept to publish, leading idea generation, filming, editing, and posting on your own platforms, with a cadence of multiple videos per week and a focus on engaging hooks and trends.

Own the end-to-end creation of sauna discovery videos.
Publish finished content on your personal social accounts and sustain a regular publishing pace.

Interesting and unusual saunas
Travel and places worth visiting
Sauna and cold plunge culture
Finding places through SaunaDiscovery
Rankings, opinions and recommendations
Trends, reactions and memes
Your own ideas that we haven't thought of
Most videos will be roughly 10-40 seconds and created using your phone.
You'll normally publish the finished content through your own TikTok or Instagram account.
We want creators to bring us ideas rather than simply follow scripts.

Requirements

Spend more time on TikTok or Reels than you'd admit
Understand what makes you stop scrolling
Can shoot and edit short-form video on your phone
Are comfortable appearing on camera
Have strong instincts for hooks and concepts
Can reliably create around two videos each week
Have a TikTok or Instagram account you're comfortable publishing from
