Short form content creator

Responsibilities

• Developing concepts, hooks and scripts for TikTok and Instagram Reels
• Filming content in-store
• Editing engaging short-form videos
• Turning everyday moments within the business into interesting stories
• Creating recurring content series rather than relying solely on trends
• Filming behind-the-scenes content with the founder and team
• Capturing new products, bakes, frozen yoghurt, açai, coffee and matcha
• Documenting new product development and launches
• Creating content around the growth of Frozziyo and our future locations
• Occasionally capturing customer reactions and busy periods

Requirements

• Understands TikTok and short-form storytelling
• Can recognise what makes someone stop scrolling
• Is naturally creative and constantly comes up with ideas
• Can write strong hooks and scripts
• Is confident filming on a phone/camera
• Can edit short-form content to a high standard
• Understands pacing, captions, music and storytelling
• Is comfortable directing staff to assist them in videos
• Understands the difference between content that looks good and content people actually want to watch
• Can take ownership of ideas rather than waiting to be told exactly what to film

Preferred

• Experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar editing software would be useful.
• Experience creating content for food, hospitality or lifestyle brands is a bonus, but not essential
