Job Summary

The role owns end-to-end Shopify product launches and SEO-driven optimization across product, collection, and checkout journeys, with a focus on CRO and customer retention.

Lead on-site analytics and opportunity identification using GA4 and GSC
Build and optimise automated email flows (welcome, cart, post-purchase, reviews, win-back) using Klaviyo or similar

Job Description

Responsibilities

Adding, setting up and launching new products on Shopify
Optimising product titles and descriptions
Writing SEO page titles and meta descriptions
Keyword research and on-page SEO
Optimising existing product and collection pages
Creating and improving collections
Improving website navigation and site structure
Image optimisation and alt text
Internal linking and URL optimisation
Reviewing Google Search Console and identifying SEO opportunities

Requirements

Shopify
E-commerce SEO
Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)
Customer journey optimisation
Google Search Console
Google Analytics / GA4
Product and collection page optimisation
Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms
E-commerce email automation and customer flows

Preferred

Experience with TikTok Shop would be an advantage, but isn't essential.
