Job Description

Responsibilities

Carry out day to day tasks across client PPC campaigns (specifically Google Ads) and SEO accounts
Create detailed and innovative marketing plans and proposals for prospective clients covering both paid and organic search
Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns for a portfolio of B2B clients
Develop and execute SEO strategies including on-page optimisation, technical SEO audits, and link acquisition
Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to improve both ad targeting and organic rankings
Monitor and optimise PPC campaigns to achieve KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversions, etc.)
Track organic search performance across rankings, traffic, and conversions, and adjust strategy accordingly
A/B test ad copy, landing pages, and targeting strategies to improve paid performance
Identify and resolve technical SEO issues — crawlability, site speed, indexation, schema markup, and site architecture
Create and deliver detailed performance reports with actionable insights across both paid and organic channels

Requirements

Minimum of 7 years managing and executing high budget PPC campaigns (preferably in excess of 100k monthly budget)
Demonstrable SEO experience with a track record of improving organic visibility and traffic for B2B clients
Advanced Google Ads knowledge with broad understanding of cutting-edge campaign and bidding strategies
Strong technical SEO understanding — comfortable with crawl tools (Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, or similar), Google Search Console, and site audits
Proficiency with SEO platforms such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz
Knowledge of Google Analytics including the set up and review of conversion events
Ability to effectively analyse data and use insights to inform decision-making across both paid and organic
Email marketing knowledge would be beneficial but not required
