Supporting the Director of Client Services and staying current on industry trends and best practices.
Staying informed on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with innovative marketing solutions.

- Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring a strong relationship and high satisfaction levels.

Requirements

3 years of experience in account management, marketing, or client services within an agency or marketing firm.
Strong understanding of marketing strategy, campaign execution, and project management.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, keeping them on time and within budget.
Proficiency in marketing analytics, CRM platforms, and project management software.
Strong business acumen with an ability to identify opportunities for growth within accounts.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Detail-oriented approach with a problem-solving mindset.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
