Responsibilities

Execute social media strategies aligned with overall business and client objectives
Plan, manage, and create content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube as needed
Draft, edit, schedule, post, and optimize short-form video, carousels, and static content
Translate strategic goals into creative concepts, including content themes, storytelling angles, and visual direction
Monitor social media trends and competitor activity, recommending smart, on-brand ways to integrate trends
Measure, analyze, and report on content performance to continuously improve results
Drive engagement and community interaction through comments, DMs, and platform-specific engagement tactics
Use social media engagement strategies to move leads toward booking sales calls

Requirements

3–5+ years of experience in social media or digital marketing
Proven experience managing multiple accounts across industries
Strong strategic and creative thinking skills
Excellent copywriting skills for both social media and email marketing
Experience moving leads from social content to booked calls or conversions
Advanced Canva skills and strong visual design instincts
Can turn boring clips into engaging video content (CapCut, Adobe, or similar tools)
Experience with marketing tech (Kit, ManyChat, Zapier, ThriveCart, etc.)

Agency experience
Experience supporting launches or community-driven brands
Experience building or optimizing funnels and automations
