Job Description

Be a senior leader within a high-performing Marketing Operations Team, driving excellence in delivery and execution Lead the design and delivery of complex events, activations, and demo-led experiences end-to-end Lead the planning and execution of large-scale events and campaigns, from concept through to delivery and evaluation Own and manage significant budgets, ensuring effective forecasting, tracking, and cost control Oversee all supplier, agency, and partner relationships, including negotiation and contract management Lead and develop a team, mentoring and supporting individuals to deliver at a consistently high standard Drive the creation of content-led events, including demos, panels, keynote sessions, and fireside discussions tailored to B2B and C-suite audiences Partner with internal teams to shape compelling content experiences across physical and digital formats Own end-to-end event content delivery, including run-of-show, screen content, and audience journey design Ensure seamless integration between content, production, and delivery across all activations
