Job Summary

Own the demand generation engine for commercial solar, shaping end-to-end strategy, multi-channel campaigns, and sales enablement for retrofit and new-build projects.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver the C&I solar demand generation strategy end-to-end
  • Manage demand generation channels, campaign execution and performance evaluation
  • Develop and deliver marketing strategies for commercial solar retrofit and new-build projects
  • Plan and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns aligned to long sales cycles
  • Work closely with sales teams (Photon Energy / EG Solar) to align targeting and messaging
  • Translate technical solar propositions into compelling commercial messaging
  • Develop sales enablement content to support the C&I buyer journey
  • Position the commercial solar brand consistently across the market
  • Deliver campaigns end-to-end (brief, build, launch, optimise)
  • Track performance, attribution and pipeline conversion with marketing teams

Requirements

  • Strong B2B marketing experience within commercial or industrial sectors
  • Experience managing full customer journey and sales pipeline for high-value solutions
  • Proven success in lead generation and pipeline development
  • Knowledge of commercial solar or high-capex technical sales environments (e.g. retrofit, kWp, DNO, MCS)
  • Minimum 7+ years’ experience in B2B marketing
  • Strong commercial awareness and performance marketing capability
  • United Kingdom work authorisation (required)
