Job Summary

Own multi-channel marketing campaign execution across email, website, social, partnerships, and lead generation, driving on-time delivery and measurable engagement.

  • Campaign Execution: Manage multi-channel delivery (email, website, social, partnerships) and ensure on-time, high-quality releases.
  • Content & Optimization: Create conversion-focused content and lead-page assets, plus CRO testing and user-journey improvements.
  • Website & Partnerships: Maintain landing pages, agenda, speakers, lead magnets, and joint marketing with sponsors.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, website, social, partnerships, and lead generation
  • Manage campaign delivery end-to-end, ensuring all activity is executed on time and to a high standard
  • Build, QA, and deploy email campaigns in Pardot, including segmentation and targeting
  • Monitor and optimise performance across campaigns, identifying opportunities to improve conversion and engagement
  • Create high-performing, conversion-led content for email, social, and landing pages
  • Manage and update website content, including landing pages, agenda, speakers, and lead magnets
  • Support CRO improvements through testing, optimisation, and user journey enhancements
  • Deliver partner and sponsor marketing activity, including email swaps, listings, and co-marketing campaigns
  • Track performance across channels (email, web, social, partnerships) and contribute to reporting and insights
  • Work closely with internal teams (sales, production, operations) to ensure alignment and campaign success

  • Proven experience in a marketing role, ideally within events or life sciences
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Confident working to deadlines and taking ownership of delivery
