Job Description

Own multi-channel marketing campaigns and activations that drive footfall and engagement, with content that tells local placemaking stories and supports occupier interest.

  • Assets and collateral to support leasing and community-facing programs.

Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across Bruntwood Places’ town centre destinations
  • Create and coordinate content across multiple websites, email and other digital channels to drive footfall, engagement and enquiries
  • Support marketing activity that helps attract retail, leisure and workspace occupiers, including campaign assets, presentations and collateral
  • Help plan, coordinate and promote events, activations and community activity that increase footfall and repeat visits
  • Work closely with the Social Media Marketing Executive to deliver engaging, community-led content across channels
  • Coordinate the production of marketing materials across digital and print, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines
  • Support PR activity, including content gathering, approvals and agency coordination
  • Assist with customer, stakeholder and community communications across multiple channels
  • Work collaboratively with commercial, operations and events teams to support leasing activity and customer experience
  • Maintain and update website content via CMS
  • Support CRM and email marketing activity, including audience selection and campaign deployment (mainly using mailchimp)
  • Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and results

Requirements

  • Experience in a multi-channel marketing role
  • Strong content and copywriting skills across social, email, website and PR channels
  • Ability to manage campaigns and projects independently, while collaborating confidently with internal teams, partners and external agencies
  • Organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • A hands-on, creative approach with a strong eye for engaging content and storytelling
  • Willingness to regularly work across Stretford and Stamford Quarter, building relationships with customers, partners and local communities
  • A genuine interest in placemaking, retail, leisure and community-led destinations
