Job Summary

Lead and coordinate UK-wide stakeholder engagement with government, NHS boards, and partners to plan, monitor, and improve communications and programme outcomes.

  • Stakeholder Engagement Strategy: plan, deliver, and monitor activities across government, NHS boards, and partners.
  • Relationship Management: build strong, multi-level relationships and ensure effective collaboration.
  • Performance and Reporting: provide regular updates and evaluate engagement outcomes to drive improvements.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Continue the development and implementation of a stakeholder engagement plan to ensure effective communication and collaboration with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including government officials, NHS Health Boards, and commercial partners.
  • Plan, deliver, monitor and evaluate stakeholder engagement efforts, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on stakeholder engagement activities to programme leadership and other relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Live and remain a resident within the UK for the post (as a condition of employment)
  • Work pattern: Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week
  • Hybrid working arrangement (currently)
  • Preference for ability to base at Gyle Square, Edinburgh or Delta House, Glasgow with travel to national NHS Boards and other locations, as required
