Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Leading end-to-end product launches, from the initial brief and proposition development through campaign creation, global rollout, regional activation, and post-launch performance reviews.
  • Developing integrated marketing communications plans aligned to business objectives, product strategies, and growth priorities.
  • Translating product and business strategy into clear customer propositions, campaign briefs, and compelling communications.
  • Leading brand initiatives and product campaigns from strategy through to execution.
  • Working closely with product, sales, and regional teams to ensure launches are commercially relevant and effectively activated in market.
  • Defining launch objectives, target audiences, KPIs, and measurement frameworks.
  • Leading, coaching, and developing team members where applicable.

Requirements

  • You have significant experience developing and delivering successful marketing strategies within a complex B2B environment.
  • You’re a strategic thinker with a strong commercial mindset and a proven ability to align marketing activity with business goals.
  • You have experience leading integrated campaigns across digital, PR, content, social media and events.
  • You’re confident influencing and building credibility with senior stakeholders across multiple functions.
  • You have excellent communication and presentation skills and can translate complex information into engaging marketing activity.
  • You’re highly organised and capable of managing multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
  • You enjoy working collaboratively and building strong relationships across teams and regions.
  • You’re data-driven, using insight and performance metrics to inform decisions and optimise results.
  • You have experience managing budgets and delivering measurable return on investment.
  • Previous leadership or people management experience would be advantageous.
