Job Summary

Own multi-channel marketing for Mind's activity, mental health work, and trauma-informed youth programs, blending content and media/PR while driving KPIs and inclusive co-design.

  • Plan and deliver cross-program marketing and media/PR; develop programme materials and maximise athlete/celebrity involvement.
  • Manage campaigns end-to-end across timelines, budgets, KPIs, risk, and use insights to improve results.
  • Ensure anti-racist, trauma-informed practice and co-design with people with lived experience to reach priority audiences.

Own multi-channel marketing for Mind's physical activity & mental health work and trauma-informed youth programmes, blending content and media/PR while driving impact and involving athletes and celebrities.

  • Plan and deliver cross-program marketing and media/PR; develop programme materials and maximise athlete/celebrity involvement.
  • Manage campaigns end-to-end across timelines, budgets, KPIs, and risk, and use insights to improve results.
  • Promote inclusive, anti-racist and trauma-informed practice and co-design campaigns with people with lived experience to reach priority audiences.
