Own cross-channel campaign planning and quality control across client accounts, tying objectives to integrated content, digital, and performance work while surfacing risks and opportunities.

  • Responsibilities: Support the development of marketing plans and campaign activity across a range of client accounts
  • Responsibilities: Help turn client objectives into clear, structured activity across content, design, digital, and performance channels
  • Responsibilities: Shape the direction of campaign outputs, ensuring work remains joined-up, relevant, and aligned with wider client strategy
  • Responsibilities: Brief internal teams clearly, providing the context, objectives, and requirements needed to produce effective work
  • Responsibilities: Review campaign outputs before they move forward, helping ensure quality, consistency, relevance, and strategic fit
  • Responsibilities: Identify where activity needs strengthening, refining, or better connecting across channels
  • Responsibilities: Use performance insight to help guide campaign direction, content priorities, and future recommendations
  • Responsibilities: Understand how SEO, digital performance, user journey, and conversion considerations influence marketing output
  • Responsibilities: Work with specialists to ensure campaign activity is supported by appropriate data, targeting, tracking, and optimisation
  • Responsibilities: Help ensure performance thinking informs the work without reducing the role to channel management or reporting alone
  • Requirements: Experience within a marketing, campaign management, or digital marketing role, ideally within an agency environment
  • Requirements: Strong understanding of how different marketing disciplines contribute to wider business objectives
  • Requirements: Ability to connect ideas, channels, and activity into coherent campaign plans
  • Requirements: Confidence working with internal stakeholders across marketing, creative, digital, development, performance, and Account Lead teams
  • Requirements: Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Requirements: Comfortable interpreting performance data and using it to support marketing decisions
  • Requirements: A proactive mindset and a genuine interest in improving the quality of marketing activity
  • Requirements: Clear and confident communicator, comfortable contributing to internal discussions and selected client-facing conversations
  • Requirements: Minimum 5-7 years' experience in a marketing role, ideally within an agency environment
  • Requirements: Proven ability to manage marketing campaigns across digital (SEO, PPC, SEM, email, social) and offline channels
  • Nice-to-have: Experience with SEO and digital performance marketing would be highly beneficial
