Job Summary

Own CRM and lifecycle programs for ecommerce clients with Klaviyo at the center, turning audits and segmentation into repeat-purchase growth and cross-functional client impact.

  • Own CRM strategy, journeys and testing across multiple brands.
  • Lead a growing CRM team while aligning with Strategy, Paid Media, Creative and Data to hit KPIs.
  • Influence client outcomes through data-driven segmentation, automation, and lifecycle optimization.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Own and lead email and SMS strategies for ecommerce clients.
  • Design lifecycle, retention and loyalty programs to lift repeat purchases, CPA and LTV.
  • Advise on segmentation, automation, personalization and journeys for retention.
  • Identify growth opportunities via CRM audits and performance reviews.
  • Present strategic recommendations and insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Partner with Strategy, Paid Media, Creative and Data teams to deliver integrated programs.
  • Plan, execute and optimize email and SMS campaigns across multiple accounts.
  • Implement and optimize automated journeys, flows and lifecycle programs.
  • Drive testing across creative, messaging, segmentation, timing and channel mix.
  • Maintain high standards of quality assurance, deliverability and compliance; align with KPIs.
Requirements
  • 5+ years in Email Marketing, CRM or Retention Marketing, ideally in an agency or ecommerce environment.
  • Extensive hands-on Klaviyo experience delivering sophisticated programmes.
  • Proven CRM strategies driving measurable ecommerce growth.
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, segmentation, automation, personalisation and retention.
  • Experience managing multiple client relationships and presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate performance data into action.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills; able to switch between strategy and hands-on work.
  • Commercial mindset focused on outcomes; strong communication and problem solving.
  • GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog; basic HTML knowledge; Shopify familiarity preferred.
Nice to Have
  • Shopify experience and broader ecommerce tech ecosystems.
  • Experience with loyalty, referral and subscription programmes.
  • Knowledge of CRM integrations, CDPs and attribution methodologies.
  • Experience contributing to agency growth or new business pitches.
