Job Summary

Own and orchestrate Stone King’s digital presence and performance, aligning website UX, SEO/GEO, paid media, and analytics to drive conversion and client engagement across professional services audiences.

  • Lead the website roadmap and UX strategy, ensuring campaigns and site updates lift conversion and user satisfaction.
  • Own SEO/GEO, geo-targeting, and PPC programs, shaping budgets, KPIs, and cross-channel visibility.
  • Translate analytics into investment and priority decisions, monitor trends in CRO, AI personalization, and future-proofing initiatives.

Job Description

  • Website management: Lead the website roadmap and UX strategy, setting standards for optimisation and conversion.
  • Large-scale web projects & campaigns: Oversee large-scale web projects and ensure integration with firmwide campaigns.
  • User journey improvements: Monitor client journey trends and recommend enhancements to improve UX and conversion.
  • Content & e-commerce: Upload technical content (videos, audio, member areas) and manage e-commerce functionality.
  • SEO & GEO: Define and govern SEO/GEO strategy across all digital channels; provide training and ensure compliance with best practice.
  • Geo-targeting: Research and apply geo-targeting strategies to improve visibility.
  • PPC & paid digital: Own PPC strategy and budget allocation, setting KPIs for paid media performance and overseeing optimisation.
  • Analytics & insights: Interpret analytics to influence investment decisions and campaign priorities.
  • Innovation & future-proofing: Research emerging trends (voice search, AI-driven personalisation, CRO) and implement future-proof digital strategies to leadership and secure support for projects.
