Job Summary

Own and evolve the firm's digital footprint by shaping UX and site strategy, aligning with campaigns, and driving conversion through SEO, geo-targeting, PPC, and analytics-driven optimization.

  • Website & UX: define roadmap, standards, and enhancements across client journeys.
  • SEO/Geo and Paid Media: govern geo-targeting, SEO strategy, PPC planning, and performance tracking.
  • Analytics & Strategy: interpret data to influence investment, testing, and future-proof digital initiatives.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the website roadmap and UX strategy, setting standards for optimisation and conversion.
  • Oversee large-scale web project and ensure integration with firmwide campaigns.
  • Monitor client journey trends and recommend enhancements to improve UX and conversion.
  • Upload technical content (videos, audio, member areas) and manage e-commerce functionality.
  • Define and govern SEO/GEO strategy across all digital channels. Provide training and ensure compliance with best practice.
  • Research and apply geo-targeting strategies to improve visibility.
  • Own PPC strategy and budget allocation, setting KPIs for paid media performance and overseeing optimisation.
  • Analyse performance and provide recommendations for optimisation.
  • Accountable for digital performance.
  • Interpret analytics to influence investment decisions and campaign priorities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing digital marketing platforms and campaigns, ideally within a professional services environment or in a law firm.
  • Ability to lead large-scale digital projects.
  • Strong knowledge of website management, UX principles, as well as large-scale web projects.
  • An understanding of and demonstrated experience with SEO, GEO-targeting, and PPC campaign management.
  • Experience in marketing automation and CRM systems.
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce functionality and content upload – video/audio/member areas.
  • Proficiency in using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, PPC dashboards to monitor on and report on performance with the aim to provide actionable insights to improve conversion rates and campaign effectiveness.
  • Awareness of emerging digital trends such as voice search, AI tools, and CRO with the ability to influence others on implementing new strategies to take advantage of digital engagement.

  • Previous experience in a similar position within professional services environment.
