Job Summary

Own and scale EU live content strategy for Twitch across Sports, Music, and Entertainment, coordinating creative programming, partner ecosystems, and market-local execution to drive new ad-supported experiences.

  • Centre of Excellence: define creative strategy and scalable frameworks for EU5 live content across Sports, Music, and Entertainment.
  • Partner Ecosystems: build internal alliances with Prime Video Sports and Amazon Music and cultivate external rights holders, leagues, labels, and promoters.
  • Commercialisation & Localisation: drive go-to-market, pricing, and localisation processes to ensure advertiser demand and audience relevance across markets.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Centre of Excellence for EU5 live content across Sports, Music, and Entertainment, setting creative vision, strategy, and operational frameworks.
  • Lead Internal Partnerships with Prime Video Sports and Amazon Music to develop collaborative programming leveraging European sports rights, music catalogs, and entertainment properties.
  • Develop External Partnerships with European sports leagues, music labels, promoters, festivals, and entertainment rights holders, structuring deals commercialised through Amazon Ads.
  • Create Original Programming across Sports, Music, and Entertainment, from creator-led alt-casts and interactive shows to live music experiences, with annual EU market slate planning.
  • Innovate on Viewership Experiences by piloting interactive formats that unlock new revenue opportunities for Amazon Ads and differentiate Twitch for European audiences.
  • Drive Commercialisation by partnering with EU5 Go-To-Market and Sales to package, price, and sell live content opportunities with advertiser demand alignment.
  • Manage Execution & Localisation by building scalable EU5 processes that preserve strategic consistency while enabling market-specific tailoring.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Keynote.
  • Understanding of the European sports, music, and entertainment landscape, including key leagues, rights structures, cultural tentpole moments, and market nuances across EU5.
  • 8+ years of experience in content strategy, creative programming, business development, or partnerships within sports, music, or entertainment industries.
  • Proven track record of developing and commercialising original content programmes or live experiences at scale, ideally within a digital/streaming platform or media environment.
  • Understanding of the Twitch/livestreaming ecosystem, creator culture, and interactive content formats (or strong adjacent experience in digital-first content platforms).
  • Experience structuring and negotiating content partnerships or licensing deals with external rights holders and brands.

  • Experience leading creative development of innovative creative from concept to delivery.
  • Experience presenting creative concepts effectively to senior executives.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and meeting aggressive deadlines.
  • Existing network of IP owners, rights holders, and/or content partners across the European sports, music, or entertainment ecosystem (e.g., leagues, federations, labels, promoters, talent agencies, production companies).
