Own the end to end founder-led video content engine: craft premium video across long and short form, shape storytelling, align with Ascendia’s visual brand, and optimize for watch time on LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok.

Content Ownership: Edit, color grade, audio, motion graphics, and VFX for premium founder-led short and long form across core platforms.
Brand & Performance: Develop hooks, storytelling structures, and brand identity with founders, staying ahead of platform best practices.

Job Description

Edit and produce premium short-form and long-form video content.
Create engaging content for LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
Perform advanced color grading and color correction.
Improve audio quality and sound design.
Create compelling hooks and storytelling structures that increase watch time.
Add motion graphics, captions, transitions, and visual effects where appropriate.
Work directly with the founders to develop and execute content ideas.
Help establish and maintain Ascendia's visual brand identity.
Stay ahead of content trends and platform best practices.
