Responsibilities - Brand Leadership: Lead the development and delivery of brand advertising campaigns for SSEN Transmission aligning to the Group Brand strategy. - Brand Stewardship: Champion the SSEN Transmission brand, ensuring consistent application of identity, tone of voice and visual standards across touchpoints. - Cross-Functional Brand Consultancy: Provide expert brand consultancy on projects, communications and digital channels to amplify and embed the brand strategy. - Stakeholder Alignment: Build trusted, collaborative relationships with stakeholders across SSEN Transmission, Group Corporate Affairs, Internal Communications and HR, plus agency partners, driving consistency across communications. - Insights-Driven Evolution: Use data and insight to continuously improve and evolve brand strategy and campaigns. Requirements - Proven experience in brand strategy and multi-channel campaign management. - Creative judgement that drives brand distinctiveness and effectiveness. - Experience delivering brand identity programmes. - Ability to use data and insight to inform ongoing brand strategy and campaign optimisation. - Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills up to Director level.
