Job Summary

Own the corporate reputation & communications delivery for multiple client accounts, balancing media outreach, reporting, and stakeholder engagement with proactive campaign development and strong client service.

Job Description

  • The Senior Account Executive will support the day-to-day delivery across a number of corporate reputation and corporate communications accounts, working closely with senior team members to deliver high quality work for clients across a range of sectors.
  • Strong client servicing skills: you will be confident supporting a range of clients — from established brands to ambitious scale-ups — across corporate communications programmes. You will build positive relationships with clients, journalists and stakeholders, helping ensure projects run smoothly and deadlines are met. You will be comfortable managing priorities, communicating clearly and escalating potential issues where needed.
  • Account delivery: you will play an active role in delivering integrated corporate PR campaigns and ongoing press office activity across multiple accounts. Responsibilities will include media outreach, monitoring coverage, reporting, drafting press materials, supporting thought leadership activity, conducting research and helping coordinate account activity.
  • Creative thinking & campaign support: we are looking for someone who is curious, creative and eager to contribute ideas that help solve client challenges and build meaningful brand reputations. You will stay up to date with the news agenda, corporate communications trends and the wider media landscape, bringing ideas to internal discussions and client activity. You will support proactive and reactive media opportunities and contribute to brainstorms and campaign development.
