Responsibilities

• Grow & Strengthen Retained Accounts
• Own and grow a portfolio of key retained clients
• Identify and unlock organic growth opportunities across social, influencer, PR, paid, and content.
• Develop and lead account growth plans to ensure long-term value and expanded scope.
• Drive up-sell opportunities and champion integrated, multi-channel thinking across all accounts.
• Ensure consistent delivery excellence to support retention and long-term partnerships.
• Lead Client Partnerships
• Act as the senior day to day lead for key client stakeholders, building trusted, long term relationships.
• Translate business objectives into actionable, insight-led marketing strategies.
• Lead all key client conversations including planning, reviews, and forward looking growth discussions.

Requirements

• 8+ years’ experience in account management within a social, digital, PR, or integrated agency.
• Social agency experience
• Proven experience managing and growing retained client accounts.
• Strong track record of identifying and delivering organic growth opportunities.
• Experience working across social media, influencer marketing, PR, paid, and content.
• Solid understanding of commercial principles, including scoping, pricing, and profitability.
