Job Summary

Own end-to-end project delivery for retail and experiential work, coordinating milestones, budgets and stakeholder expectations to drive integrated solutions that benefit both client and agency.

  • Project delivery & governance: plan, track milestones, and ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes across multiple teams.
  • Resource & partner coordination: identify needs, recruit contractors, and manage internal/external dependencies.
  • Relationship management: maintain key agency and contractor relationships while supporting senior accounts on major programs.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for the planning, management and delivery of retail or experiential projects
  • Ensure projects are delivered on-time, on-budget and to agreed specification
  • Define & ensure all project milestones and deadlines are met
  • Administering all activities and manage expectations while ensuring all operational objectives are fully achieved.
  • Manage project status reporting
  • Schedule a regular team meetings and manage communications between team members
  • Participate in the development of integrated solutions that leverage agency offerings and are mutually beneficial for the client and the agency
  • Manage and coordinate project deliverables with various stakeholders, including Account, Production, external sub-contractors and the clients
  • Identify appropriate project resource requirement, work with Production Director and HoD to recruit necessary contractors / specialists where required
  • Budget management

Requirements

  • Degree educated (desirable)
  • 3-5 years of experience in either Retail or Experiential Project Management (client or agency)
  • Prior experience in Consumer Electronic industry is advantageous

Preferred

  • Degree educated (desirable)
  • Experience in Consumer Electronics industry (advantageous)
