Responsibilities

• As our Retention Lead, you'll own the strategic direction of client accounts, with a team of copywriter, designer, project manager and Klaviyo Technician following your guidance.
• We want you to be fully focused on strategy and performance, so we have a dedicated project manager who handles all task deadlines and coordination on your behalf to keep the team on track. Your focus will be purely on driving results through:
• - Strategy & Vision: Develop comprehensive retention strategies and marketing initiatives tailored to each brand's unique needs
• - Data Analysis: Dive deep into campaign metrics, extract meaningful insights, and translate data into actionable recommendations
• - Client Partnership: Lead performance review calls, present insights and strategies, and serve as the strategic advisor to our clients
• - Team Leadership: Create strategic briefs, mentor the retention team on best practices, and ensure campaign excellence across all accounts

Requirements

• Extensive Klaviyo expertise
• Proven experience managing multiple e-commerce brands simultaneously
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into compelling client presentations
• Excellent client-facing communication skills
• Available to cover UK/EST timezone
