Job Summary

Own the end-to-end delivery of a CRM and Loyalty programme by aligning objectives, timelines, and priorities across business, technology, data, and external partners.

  • Governance & Delivery: establish cadence, clear agendas, actions, and reporting packs to steer multi-workstream initiatives.
  • Cross-functional orchestration: manage dependencies across technology, data, legal, retail ops, and commercial teams to ensure on-time milestones.
  • Risk & delivery discipline: proactively identify risks, log issues, track decisions, and escalate blockers with mitigations to protect delivery quality.
