Job Summary

Own product messaging and GTM for the paid product portfolio, turning performance data and audience insight into clear positioning and launch plans.

  • Own messaging across channels and test-driven refinement to improve activation and conversion.
  • Coordinate launches and demand campaigns with Performance Marketing, Supporter Growth, and cross-functional teams to keep the funnel coordinated.
  • Link brand and performance with a full-funnel approach to drive acquisition and product adoption.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain clear, compelling product messaging and audience propositions across the paid product portfolio
  • Continuously refine messaging based on performance data, audience insight and testing.
  • Create and manage detailed launch plans, timelines and deliverables.
  • Plan, brief and deliver consideration-level campaigns that build demand and support acquisition.
  • Ensure strong alignment with performance marketing activity to support conversion.
  • Work closely with Performance Marketing and Supporter Growth teams to ensure coordinated activity across the funnel.
  • Collaborate with Product, Editorial, Brand and Commercial teams to deliver joined-up campaigns.

Requirements

  • Experience in product marketing, campaign delivery or integrated marketing roles
  • Proven experience delivering go-to-market plans and marketing campaigns end-to-end
  • Strong skills in developing and applying messaging across different channels
  • Experience working closely with creative, media or performance marketing teams
  • A structured, detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Confidence working with data to inform decisions and improve performance
  • Experience in subscription or digital consumer products
  • Familiarity with app-based products and marketing
  • Understanding of full-funnel marketing, particularly the link between brand and performance
