Job Summary

You will support the Product Marketing Team to plan and execute member facing campaigns, create content, and coordinate campaigns across internal and external stakeholders to deliver engaging marketing that puts members first.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic, creative marketing team and help the Law Society effectively promote the value of our products to our members and their businesses, from our flagship conferences to our premium member offer.
  • You will be a key supporting member of the team, collaborating with all marketing colleagues on member-focused campaigns, marketing intelligence and research, as well as organisational and administrative support.
  • You will play a key role in content creation, campaign reporting, and organisational support within the Product Marketing Team, and wider marketing department, to ensure our campaigns are dynamic, creative, and always put our members first.
  • You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including fellow Member Communications and Marketing colleagues, Social and Content teams, as well as our Events, Learning, Accreditations and Membership Engagement colleagues, to support the marketing team with project coordination and campaign management.
  • This is an exciting and varied role where your skills will be used to great effect to make a real impact for our members.

Requirements

  • Experience in marketing and/or a marketing qualification / professional post-graduate qualification.
  • Experience in a professional working environment, with the ability to work flexibly across different areas of work and/or tasks within agreed deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, high level of attention to detail, and the ability to proof-read
  • Evidence of building effective working relationships with colleagues.
  • Some experience or interest in learning how to develop systems or data handling skills - including oversight of CRM tracking tools and Excel based reporting.
  • You will be a motivated, creative thinker with experience supporting in marketing campaigns, and a proven track record of collaborating well with colleagues and managing multiple projects effectively.
  • You will have a keen interest in product marketing, including content creation (video, email, social etc) and data analysis to support colleagues in developing dynamic, relevant and engaging campaigns.
  • You will have excellent written, numeracy, and verbal communication skills with a high level of attention to detail to help support the drafting of accurate content that resonates with solicitors and take on other essential administrative tasks including PO raising and data collation.
  • You will also be experienced in building and maintaining effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels and be able to work both pro-actively and reactively, often to tight deadlines.
  • You will be a proactive self-starter that takes creative initiatives to elevate existing campaigns.
