End-to-end content production: capture founder moments, edit for Instagram/TikTok/LinkedIn, and publish with consistent voice across channels.
Platform-tailored storytelling: optimize pacing, hooks, and captions to each platform’s style and audience.
Performance-driven iteration: monitor metrics and surface trends to guide the wider team’s content strategy.

Job Description

Capture
Film documentary-style short-form footage of the founder’s day-to-day activities, events, and behind-the-scenes moments
Ensure high-quality visual and audio capture using the iPhone Pro Max and advanced camera setup
Organise raw footage for efficient editing workflows
✂️ Edit
Edit short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn using CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools
Tailor pacing, hooks, and visual style to each platform’s best practices
Craft compelling captions that reflect the founder’s voice and drive engagement
📅 Publish
Schedule and publish content consistently across all owned channels
Maintain a posting cadence that keeps the founder’s presence active and relevant
Monitor performance metrics and adjust content strategy accordingly
💬 Community & Engagement
Support community interaction across social channels
Help maintain a consistent founder tone of voice across comments, captions, and interactions
Surface trends, conversations, and opportunities to the wider team
