Job Summary

Own paid media execution and optimisation across multiple platforms, turning performance data into practical tests and scalable growth while collaborating with creative and social teams to lift conversions and ROAS.

  • Drive end-to-end campaign optimization across Google, Meta, TikTok, and related platforms to improve acquisition and efficiency.
  • Partner with Design/Social to sharpen creatives and content that boost engagement and conversions.
  • Provide data-driven insights and reporting to guide future campaigns and seasonal activation planning.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
  • Support customer acquisition, online sales growth, and conversion optimisation through performance-focused campaigns
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and identify opportunities for optimisation and scaling
  • Support budget pacing, bid adjustments, and audience targeting improvements to maximise campaign performance and efficiency
  • Assist with implementing automation tools and bid strategies across paid media platforms
  • Stay up to date with platform updates, digital trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities within the performance marketing landscape
  • Monitor campaign data and support the creation of weekly and monthly performance reports
  • Analyse campaign performance, customer behaviour, and channel effectiveness to identify optimisation opportunities
  • Track key performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, and customer acquisition costs
  • Support in-depth analysis of campaigns and contribute actionable insights to improve future performance

Requirements

  • In Office required, not a remote position
  • Experience in digital marketing, paid media, or performance marketing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Interest in e-commerce, digital marketing trends, and customer behaviour
  • Confident managing multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
