Job Summary

Own the end-to-end performance marketing engine across social, search and affiliates with data-driven planning, tight KPI focus, and tool integration to lift traffic quality and ROI.

  • Performance Marketing Ownership: Lead planning and execution of performance marketing strategies based on data insights.
  • Optimization & Measurement: Daily optimization toward KPIs and regular reporting to improve traffic quality within our measurement framework.
  • Tools & Collaboration: Support implementation of 1P data tools, pixels and tags, DMPs, LiveRamp, feed management and agency partnerships to boost attribution and ROI.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of performance marketing, including social, search, and affiliates.
  • Leading the planning and execution of performance marketing strategies based on data insights.
  • Overseeing daily optimisation towards key performance indicators to drive high-quality traffic.
  • Support the implementation and optimisation of any tools and technology to harness our 1P data and improve media ROI (i.e. DMP, pixels & tags, Live ramp, XCM, feed management as well as AI tools such as DCO).
  • Collaborating with performance marketing leads to maximise output and share best practices.
  • Managing performance budgets and ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  • Oversee the daily optimisation towards key performance indicators. Regularly monitor and report on channel performance to make data driven recommendations for optimisation, to improve quality and value of traffic in line with our measurement framework.
  • Partnering with agency teams to develop effective strategies and ensure continuous growth and monitor performance to improve performance marketing measurements and attribution.
  • Manage a team of 1 to ensure personal and business objectives are met.
