Phillips Brothers Acquisitions is a real estate development company based out of Alpharetta, GA. Our company is focused on flipping single-family homes throughout metro Atlanta. We handle all aspects of the process in-house, including sourcing deals, purchasing/financing deals, project management, and ultimately selling the homes. As of 2024, we are doing around $20 million in revenue per year. We are currently a small team of 8 people, and our team is essentially a 2nd family for each of our employees.
