Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Mastermind the Web Experience (CRO & Strategy)
  • Map the user post-click experience: Uncovering and eradicating points of friction within our lead capture forms and demo booking flows.
  • Drive Technical Excellence: Partner with web developers to guarantee lightning-fast site speed, seamless mobile design, and bulletproof tracking.
  • Launch Paid Campaigns: Plan, launch, and optimise full-funnel Google Ads PPC, LinkedIn Ads, and B2B platforms like G2 and Capterra campaigns, continuously refining keyword bidding, match types, ad extensions, and account architecture to lower cost-per-lead (CPL).
  • Optimise Ad Performance: Run relentless creative and copy tests to maximise conversion rates while lowering our Cost-Per-Acquisition (CPA).
  • Budget: Manage, pace, and forecast monthly media spend, shifting budgets dynamically toward the highest-performing channels based on real-time pipeline performance.
  • Fix Funnel Leaks: Trace the entire journey from ad click to MQL and SAL, diagnosing drop-offs and smoothing the path to purchase.
  • Lead Technical SEO: Ensure our site architecture, schema, and crawlability are perfectly optimised to dominate organic search rankings.
  • Build out actionable dashboards that move beyond vanity engagement metrics to report directly on CAC, MQL-to-SAL conversion rates, and closed-won pipeline revenue.
  • Act as the essential link between performance data and creative production, turning platform metrics into clear, actionable creative briefs for our design and marketing teams.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS, enterprise tech, or high-growth lead generation environment.
  • Deep Subject Matter Expertise: Mastery of Google Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager, demonstrating a nuanced understanding of auction dynamics, algorithm behaviors, and smart bidding configurations.
  • CRO Tooling Proficiency: Direct experience utilising A/B testing platforms (e.g., VWO, Optimizely) and session-replay/analytical software to audit and optimise conversion rates.
  • Attribution Fluency: A strong understanding of modern B2B attribution frameworks and the analytical boundaries of third-party platform data.
  • Behavioural Analyst Mindset: You do not rely on gut feelings or assumptions; you read user behaviour through numbers, graphs, heatmaps and recordings to understand exactly why people click or leave.
  • T-Shaped Growth Marketer: You possess deep technical expertise in CRO and web analytics, backed by a strong operational command of paid media and technical SEO.
  • Strategic Builder: You see the big picture of a holistic marketing funnel but enjoy rolling up your sleeves to build pages and configure campaigns.
  • Experimentation Native: You possess a natural test-and-learn curiosity. You view every underperforming campaign or landing page not as a failure, but as a data point that tells you what to iterate next.
  • Flawless Communicator: You can translate complex data trends and technical web requirements into clear, actionable strategies for both creative and developer teams.

Preferred

  • AI Adaptability (Desirable): Comfort using LLMs and automation platforms to streamline campaign analysis, asset creation, or report assembly.
