Job Summary

Own the day to day management of display media and eCommerce performance budgets while coordinating with agencies, brand and commercial teams to unlock online opportunities; leverage Digital Shelf analytics to link social/eCRM activity to retailer sites and drive sales.

  • Media ownership: display plans, budget management, forecasting, and agency alignment.
  • Campaign execution: campaign strategy, prioritisation, optimization, and invoice oversight.
  • Insights and content: test-and-learn synthesis and production planning for ecommerce content.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day management of display media plans and performance marketing budgets (Citrus & Criteo) across grocery.com accounts.
  • Management of media agency to ensure execution of campaign/strategy alignment, optimisations, portfolio prioritisations and planning, forecasting, and invoice management.
  • Cross collaboration with commercial leads and brand marketers for bespoke online marketing opportunities.
  • Support in delivering customer brand days and QBRs.
  • Generate weekly / monthly performance reports with actionable insights reporting back to key stakeholders.
  • Utilise ‘Digital Shelf’ tools to measure ‘share of voice’, connect the dots from social media platforms/eCRM to retailer sites to drive sales. Assist in delivery of new and innovative online experiences working closely with Brand, eCommerce and Experiential teams.
  • Collate data and insights from test and learns and build compelling best practice cases and other key findings.
  • Planning and production of eCommerce media content liaising with brand and e-Commerce teams coordinating content inputs, design and layout work, gathering approvals and digital production oversight.

  • Digital, Performance & eCommerce experience
  • e-Retail Media planning and budget management experience
  • eCommerce customer management experience (desirable)
  • Experience with performance platforms Criteo/Citrus (desirable)
  • Media Agency management (desirable)
  • Experience using Digital Shelf Analytics Tool (desirable)
  • Proactive demeanour, research and problem-solving skills
  • Analytical mindset and skills
  • Great written and verbal communication

Preferred

  • eCommerce customer management experience (desirable)
