Job Summary

Own the hands-on execution and ROI optimization of paid search and paid social across Europe, with a strong focus on tracking, attribution, and cross-team alignment.

Manage setup, testing and optimization of campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and social platforms for multiple European markets.
Build and refine attribution and ROI using data in collaboration with Data, Web Development and Senior PPC teammates.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting and ad creative testing to drive conversions while staying aligned with brand and commercial goals.

Job Description

Support the setup, management and optimisation of paid search and paid social campaigns across multiple European markets
Conduct keyword research, search term analysis, audience targeting, and competitor research
Assist with ad copy creation, creative testing and campaign optimisation
Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve ROI and conversion rates
Produce regular reporting and performance analysis for internal stakeholders
Work closely with the wider marketing team to ensure campaigns align with brand and commercial objectives
Collaborate with Data, Web Development and Senior PPC colleagues to support accurate tracking and attribution
Stay up to date with platform updates, industry trends and testing opportunities
Support ongoing optimisation across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and paid social platforms
