Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Supported the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns, driving Click & Collect, lead generation, and gift card performance.
  • Coordinated location-based marketing initiatives with retail and regional teams, ensuring accurate content and maximizing local marketing opportunities.
  • Built and maintained strong relationships with internal stakeholders to effectively deliver and improve digital marketing activity.
  • Assisted in researching, testing, and launching campaigns across emerging digital channels to expand audience reach and engagement.
  • Developed campaign briefs and managed creative asset requirements for paid media activity across multiple digital platforms.
  • Monitored, analysed, and reported on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to improve future results.
  • Supported agency and channel partner management, budget tracking, invoice processing, and the distribution of regular performance reports to key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in performance marketing with a strong passion for paid digital channels and campaign optimization.
  • Proven experience using Meta Business Manager, Ads Manager, and Google Ads to plan, execute, and monitor campaign performance.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience using Google Analytics and other reporting tools to measure success and identify opportunities.
  • Commercially focused with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with a range of stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, capable of working independently while contributing positively within a team environment.
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations clearly to key stakeholders.
