Own measurement systems and translate model outputs into practical recommendations that improve channel performance and spend efficiency.

Measurement & Modeling: Own the attribution model development, experimentation, and MMM integration to surface actionable insights.
Collaboration & Roadmapping: Partner with marketing, data science, and data engineering to define and advance the measurement product roadmap.
Delivery & Mentorship: Drive insights delivery and mentor two analysts to sustain high-quality outputs.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Support the strategy and hands-on implementation of our measurement toolkit, spanning marketing attribution, experimentation, and Marketing Mix Models.
Work collaboratively with marketing channels, data science, and data engineering teams to help identify and prioritise business needs across our measurement products.
Take ownership of hands-on technical development within the attribution model, working in Python, dbt, and SQL to build and iterate on scalable solutions.

Requirements

Experience using BI tooling such as Tableau or similar
Knowledge/experience using marketing analytics tools such as AppsFlyer, Google Analytics etc
Confident SQL skills an ideally some knowledge of Python or similar analytical tooling
Understanding of marketing measurement ie attribution, incrementality testing

Preferred

Experience setting up & analysing A/B and incrementality tests (bonus)
